You call with an insurance question or issue. We provide information and advise.
-Included is seven days of unlimited email follow up.
-Our minimum HelpDesk Fee is $600.
Here is how it works:
--You pay the fee either by check or by credit card - my credit card payment page is here. We set up a convenient time for the phone conversation. We can usually get together within 24 hours of your payment.
--We discuss your issues on the phone in one phone call. I offer suggestions and provide expert, practical actions for you to take. My objective is to give you what you need to solve your problem.
--For the next five days you are free to email me a follow-up on any of the issues we discussed. Email me once a day or twenty times a day.
--I return all emails within 24 hours during the business week – it's usually much faster than that. However, I promise it will never be move than 24 hours.
Our phone conversation will:
---focus you on the issues
---provide specific actions to move you to where you want to go
---provide info on traps to avoid and keys to make the process easier
The email follow-up will:
---reinforce the actions you need
---provide advice on next steps
---provide analysis of results you attain
